We’re transitioning to Momence for two key reasons:

• Privacy: Unlike Mindbody, which shares customer information with third-party services like “ClassPass,” Momence prioritizes protecting your data and ensures your information stays private.

• Improved Features: Momence offers modern, integrated features that will enhance your experience, including easier booking, more flexible payment options, and an overall more user-friendly interface.

The new system will go live on April 1, 2025. Please make sure to complete any necessary steps to set up your account before this date.  Contact the studio if you need help.

Yes, all students will need to create a new account in Momence, which will include digitally re-signing your liability waivers. We will send detailed instructions on how to set up your account before the go-live date.  Your current account information will migrate over for existing clients but you will still need to create a Momence account in the app or on-line.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to create your account, including a link to the Momence platform. The process is simple and will require basic details such as your name, and e-mail address. 

No, your Mindbody login credentials will not work with Momence. You will need to set up a new password and follow the steps in the account setup email to get started.

If you forget your password, simply use the “Forgot Password” link on the Momence login page or on the app to reset it. Instructions will be sent to your registered email address.

Booking is easy! Once your account is set up, you can view the class schedule, select the class you’d like to book, and secure your spot directly through the Momence platform.  You will also be able to purchase an on-demand video (individual or monthly unlimited).

Yes, we will ensure that your current packages and memberships are transferred over to Momence before the system goes live. If you have any concerns, please contact us so we can verify your account details.

Yes, you’ll be able to book classes through our website, the Momence website and the Momence app starting on April 1, 2025. We will provide clear instructions on how to download the app which will you to start booking directly from your phone.  If you need help, just contact the studio and we can enroll you for the class during the transition.  However, we won’t be able to register you for classes in Momence until April 1st.

Current methods of payment will transition from your Mindbody account to Momence on March 31, 2025.  If you like to change your method of payment, you’ll be able to update your payment information directly within the Momence platform. Instructions will be provided as part of the account setup process.

Your payment history from Mindbody will transfer over to Momence for the past 24 months. 

The studio schedule will be available directly in the Momence platform or on our website. You can view it through your account on both desktop and mobile devices.

If you encounter any issues with the new system, please reach out to our studio via email or phone. We will also have troubleshooting information available and support staff on hand during the initial go-live period to help resolve any issues quickly.
