Nicole Sypherd

Nicole started dancing at the early age of 4 and continued dancing throughout high school. During this time, she studied many different types of dance, mainly ballet, and participated in numerous dance productions and competitions. Even while attending Villanova University, Nicole kept up with this favorite pastime through elective dance classes and drop-ins at local studios.

Nicole now lives in West Chester with her husband and three daughters, two of which are intensive dancers at a local studio. To this day, she loves watching them perform.  Before being introduced to barre, Nicole missed the movement and exercise dance offered. She was introduced to barre by a family friend and instantly fell in love.  She found that barre brought back many of the elements of ballet she enjoyed and missed, namely the flow and exercise, but at the same time, offered fun, upbeat music.

Nicole is so excited to be part of the Barre Balanced team and is looking forward to meeting and getting to know all of the hardworking clients, and helping them to achieve their fitness goals.

Favorite part of class? I love working every part of the body but I really love stretching. It is so good for your body and mind, and promotes longevity.

Things I enjoy: Time with my family (including my minigoldendoodle, Cora), relaxing in the sun at the Jersey shore and cheering on the Villanova basketball team. I also love traveling to Italy, where my parents were born and raised.
