Favorite move to teach?

I love teaching high back chair to class! It really exhausts those thighs in a short amount of time.

What is one thing clients would be surprised to know about you?

I think clients would be surprised to know I was a dancer/showgirl in Atlantic City! I met lots of celebrities in my performing days, which was always very exciting!

One thing that is sure to make me smile….. is my sweet doggie, Sasha!!!!

Favorite quote is “Hang in there, we’re coming down the home stretch!”
