Favorite barre move to teach?
Small pulses with an extended leg working the seat (high or low, side or back).. simple move but a unexpected challenge!
One thing clients would be surprised to learn?
I can crochet! Not that well, but I’m working on a blanket now.. it’s my favorite thing to do when I’m relaxing watching a movie.
Who inspires me?
I’ve always found inspiration from Isadora Duncan, a modern dance pioneer who was famous in the late 19th century. She was a strong leader for women, a unique dancer, and never let anyone tell her she couldn’t live out her dreams!
My mantra is... I am enough. What I am doing right now is enough, what I have right now is enough, where I am right now is enough. I am enough.
